The foundation permits for the Office, Fab, and Central Utility Building (CUB) structures have been approved.
What this means:
These approvals authorize SK hynix to begin work on the footings and foundation systems that will support each building. This work is limited to at-grade and below-grade construction only. No vertical structural elements (such as walls or framing) are permitted under a foundation-only approval.
