Mass Grading

The City has reviewed the preliminary drainage calculations and mass grading plan for Project Neuron (SK SITE). Based on the information submitted, the City will be issuing a permit to begin grading and site preparation for this project once the conditions of the permit are met. Residents should begin to see construction entrances and erosion control measures being installed. Following that work, the grading contractor will begin excavating the detention ponds and grading the site for the initial phase of construction. Before any building permits are issued, the company will be submitting a full set of construction plans and details to the city for further review.
