What this means:
This permit authorizes SK hynix to connect to the City’s wastewater infrastructure. However, it does not authorize the discharge of wastewater into the City’s system. Discharge cannot begin until SK hynix’s wastewater facilities have received the required approvals from both the City of West Lafayette and the State of Indiana.
