Site Office and Facilities
Permit approved for Phase 1 job site trailer offices and associated facilities, which will be used by construction personnel during site activity.
Wastewater Treatment Facilities (WWT) – Foundation
Foundation permit approved for wastewater treatment facilities.
This allows work on footings and foundations only (at-grade and below-grade). No vertical construction is permitted under this approval.
Underground Electrical (FAB)
Permit approved for underground electrical and grounding infrastructure associated with the FAB building.
Outdoor Equipment – Foundation
Foundation permits approved for outdoor equipment and support structures, allowing installation of foundations and structural supports for piping and mechanical systems.
What this means:
These approvals support early and ongoing site development activities, including temporary facilities for construction personnel, foundational work for key infrastructure, and installation of underground electrical and grounding wires. Where foundation permits are issued, work is limited to at-grade and below-grade construction only. No vertical structural elements are permitted under these approvals.
