Beginning February 23, 2026, construction fencing will be installed around the SK hynix site. The fencing is intended to secure the site and clearly define the construction area as early site activities begin.
Following the fencing installation, pre-construction site preparation, including site grading and earthwork, is scheduled to begin on March 2, 2026. These activities prepare the site for future construction and will take place at ground level only.
At this stage, work is limited to site preparation. No vertical building construction will occur during this phase.
